General Terms and Conditions

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or ordering any services on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

The scope of these GTC covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The contract is concluded electronically between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.

3. Ordering Process

  • The Customer selects the desired product or service.

  • By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, the Customer submits the order.

  • The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order via e-mail.

  • The contract is hereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The indicated prices are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

  • Payment method: [Bank transfer in advance / Cash – optional]

  • Payment deadline: [e.g., 3 working days from the order confirmation]

5. Delivery / Performance

  • The Service Provider shall fulfill the order within 5 days of confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (applicable to individual/consumer customers only!)

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Customer (if qualified as a consumer) has a 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the date of concluding the contract in the case of services).

  • The intention to withdraw must be notified via e-mail or post.

  • The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

  • The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.

  • The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):

  • Products made to custom specifications.

  • Digital content, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Customer may file a complaint using the contact details of the Service Provider.

  • The Service Provider shall record complaints in writing and respond within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may turn to an arbitration board (Békéltető Testület).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • any technical errors occurring on the website;

  • misunderstandings resulting from errors made by the Customer;

  • performance issues arising from incorrect data provided by the Customer.

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification thereof is prohibited.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed (not archived).

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend these GTC, which shall not affect previously placed orders.
